Quick Tips

Questions, suggestions and practices of individuals during our training, coaching and consulting sessions are formatted into Quick Tips to help larger audiences.

  • Own Your Mornings – Do It Before Work

Most people wake up just in time to rush into their workday. Flip the script. Set your alarm 3 to 4 hours earlier and dedicate that time to yourself. Make your priorities come first. Whether it’s fitness, learning, or a passion project, starting your day with what matters to you will sharpen your focus and transform your mindset.

    How to Stay Consistent:

Wake up at the same time every day (yes, weekends too!)
Stick to a regular bedtime to ensure enough rest
Plan your weekends—socialize, but take charge of your schedule
Define your goals clearly and remind yourself daily (writing helps!)
Missed a day? No problem. Set the alarm for tomorrow and restart

Your energy is your most valuable asset. Don’t give your best to something that doesn’t fulfill you. Start your mornings on your terms.

  • Eat the Frog – Win Your Day Before It Starts

Ever feel like procrastination drags your whole day down? Try “eating the frog.” This simple method means tackling your most difficult or dreaded task first.

    How It Works:

Pick your “frog” the night before—the task you’re most likely to avoid
Wake up and get straight to it—zero distractions, no excuses
Finish it before the day gets hectic—feel accomplished early

Whether it’s a work project, a tough email, or a challenging workout, knocking it out first boosts confidence, clears mental space, and sets a productive tone for the day.

Start tomorrow: Pick your frog, wake up, and eat it!
